Puddle Bubbles - Weekend Reflections

The rains have stopped for now ...

But that wasn't the case last week.

All of that wet stuff falling from the sky left huge puddles ...
And bubbly reflections ...

And even some random hearts!

  7. I'm very familiar with puddles like yours! I wasn't fortunate enough to find bubbles, though. Nicely done.

  12. Your bubbles are magical--so beautiful. Like little worlds floating there. I'm amazed. These fill my eyes, Sissy--oh, yes, they do.

  14. Bubbles glide across the pond size puddle at my front stoop. This mystery delights me as I rise with the day, not yet out of the darkness of sleep. The realist in me knows these bubbles come from detergent poured from a paint prep bucket when the sidewalk was dry. The Gothic spirit of my long dead grandmother wants them to be the souls of dead spirits buried in the front yard. But the smile that fills my cheeks and lifts my lips knows that they are bubbles.
