Wild Ginger, Asarum canadense
I walked down into the woods to the lip of the canyon ... where the patch of Wild Ginger thrives.
I was followed by the darling cat Jae Jae.
I love the way the wild ginger leaves are shaped like delicate hearts.
This is where the 'jealous' part comes in.
Every time I stopped to take a picture, Jae Jae sat down - directly in the center of the shot!

ReplyDeleteJae Jae sounds like my Cindi Lou, always wanting to be the center of attention. Great shot of hearts and kitty tail.
ReplyDeleteThat is a jealous tale of a heartfelt feline, Clytie.
